The place is very close to Dotonbori main street, and the room’s main facilities are fine overall. However, it lacked items I usually find in other self‑serve hotels, such as cotton swabs, a hair conditioner bottle for the shower, and various cooking supplies—small details that were missing.

The location is excellent, with three train stations within walking distance, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was too small, and the bed was not comfortable.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, is clean and spotless, and comes with its own washing machine, fridge, and a full set of cooking utensils including a rice cooker. There’s a small balcony overlooking Tokyo Tower. A newly renovated grocery store fronts the building, and a Thai restaurant sits just below on level 1. Family Mart is a 2‑minute walk away, Yamanote line Takanawa Gateway Station is an 11‑minute walk, and Sengakuji station on the Asakusa line is 5‑6 minutes away. From Shibuya Don Quijote to the accommodation is about $17–$24 USD, and from here to Shinagawa Station (Shinkansen‑bullet train and JR NEX express to Narita Airport) is roughly $11–$15 USD. Nothing negative; the road to the place is uphill, so it’s not ideal if you have an elderly companion.
