A beautiful hotel on the opposite bank of the Sungari River, about a 30‑40 minute taxi ride from the city center. Nearby is a shopping mall with Chinese brands and an amusement park. The breakfasts are tasty and diverse, with a good selection of European dishes. The staff are pleasant and always ready to help. On the 5th floor there’s a large pool and sauna; you can only enter in a hat, and you’ll need to buy an 88‑rupee pass there. The cleaning was subpar, with dust in corners and under the bed.

As a long‑time top‑tier guest who has traveled worldwide and rarely writes reviews, I returned home and stayed at several local properties, including the R&F, and while the Crowne Plaza isn’t the most lavish, it clearly puts genuine effort into running the hotel. The service felt warm and attentive, especially the lobby staff who always offered to help with heavy luggage whenever I entered or left. The hotel offers great value, a quiet and comfortable ambience, elevators that never crowd or require waiting, plus a pool and gym. Driving there is hassle‑free. I do wish the rooms had a coffee machine, and I noticed a live broadcast happening while swimming in the pool.

“ALLES IN ALLEM OK”

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events, including unprofessional staff, language barriers, and poor organization. The hotel's failure to provide a taxi service, despite prior booking and payment, added to our frustration.
