The surroundings were great and the three meals offered a decent variety. The real highlight was the staff, especially manager Muhammad Bassiouny, whose dedication was impressive; when I ran into a few issues, he patiently helped me sort them out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the weather was amazing, and although there was no beach, the pool and sun loungers were sufficient and free beach towels were provided; the food was lovely too. The only downside was that the bedding felt a bit small.

The staff were exceptional, the food was very good and varied (though you shouldn't expect Italian cuisine, but local dishes were fine). It was very economical, and the quality far exceeded the cost. The resort’s beach isn’t great, but moving around (strictly with Uber to avoid “buggerature”) is wonderful; a trip to Ula Ula is recommended.

Everything was truly excellent—friendly staff, good food, and a perfect room. The hotel was fantastic and everything was beautiful. We were very satisfied.
