The team really went above and beyond – Fatima from reservations and the front‑desk lady were super friendly and helped set up a birthday surprise for my wife. They arranged the whole decoration exactly how I wanted, all coordinated through WhatsApp, and the personal touch made the stay feel special. I'd recommend Hotel Kima without hesitation.

The hotel was clean and well‑organized, the pool looked amazing and breakfast was fantastic – I loved everything. One small improvement would be a gated parking lot, just a tip for the future. Overall, we had a great time.
