I’m very grateful to the administrator for the attentiveness and care. Check‑in was at 13:00, my bus in Chernivtsi arrived at 3:30 am, and by 4:30 am the administrator was already waiting, greeted us, offered tea and coffee, all very positive. We moved into the room at 12:30, everything was tidy, the scent of cleanliness, a smooth bedspread, daily cleaning, hot water, a kitchen, parking. The only thing I feel could use a bit of fine‑tuning in the service details.

We’re very thankful to the hostel staff for their attention and care. It was very comfortable. The hostel’s location is perfect, right in the city centre, not too expensive, quiet at night, no traffic noise, clean, with white sheets and towels that I love. A separate plus is the ability to use the kitchen, and I enjoyed brewing coffee in the morning. A great place and I’ll gladly return. The only downside was that during our stay the shower on the third floor wasn’t working, but I hope it will be fixed soon; we had no trouble using the shower on the second floor.
