La Dimora del Massimo

“Posizione fantastica, ma la pulizia è da rivedere.”

The location is fantastic. I’m sorry to have to write this review, especially because Giovanni was a wonderful person, extremely kind and ready to jump in right away to solve the issues we found. Unfortunately, when we arrived the room wasn’t clean. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous stay (there were hair and fur everywhere) and they only swapped out the pillowcases; the bathroom wasn’t clean either, just tidied up. After we mentioned it, Giovanni acted quickly to change the linen and tidy things up, but despite his effort there was a heavy, long‑standing grime that couldn’t be fixed on the spot. The B&B’s location is great, but the cleanliness was lacking. We didn’t use the breakfast.

The location is good and the staff are accessible. On the downside, there were no glasses or a corkscrew in the room.

The hotel’s location and the spacious room with beautiful old‑world floors and ceilings are a highlight. Nothing else to note.

“Great location”

The staff were friendly, the room was nice, and breakfast was good. The stairs were a problem.

The mattress is very comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast was limited, there were some defects in the wardrobe and the toilet, and the entrance was under construction.
