“My stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable and I would definitely stay there again”

Everything was beautiful, clean, and the staff went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. When they learned my husband had been hospitalised, they upgraded us to an absolutely beautiful room, assisted with transport, and explained the quickest and best way to get around the city. The overall experience was above and beyond excellent. Nothing to complain about, it was perfect

Wonderful hotel with an excellent location near the cathedral. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was above average in size and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, we slept wonderfully. We had a room on the first floor with a courtyard view, so it was surprisingly quiet for a big city. Breakfast was very varied, everything fresh and plentiful. The nice lady constantly refilled and set tables in no time. There’s a family‑like atmosphere, even the hotel manager is easy to chat with. A German news channel would be great in the future, otherwise there’s nothing to criticize
