The facilities and design of the place were impressive. The only issue was that we couldn't dine at a restaurant.

The hotel is in very good condition, and we noticed that the rebranding to Iberostar really benefited it; the buffet breakfast adds a plus to the stay, and staff in all areas are amazing, we had a great time during our stay! The only downside is that the specialty restaurant dinners could offer more variety.

The room was good. The buffet service in the evening was lacking.

The rooms were pretty, the beds comfy and the pillows good, but the coffee area next to the front desk was a bit far from the other parts of the hotel.

I loved the place; the rooms were really cool, spacious and super comfortable, and most of the staff were warm and friendly. The nighttime show was amazing, especially the white night, and there were activities for both kids and adults all the time. You could hit the buffet early, and on your checkout day you’re allowed to stay until 4 pm. The only downside was that when they assigned me a room the instructions weren’t very clear and there was no bellboy to help us at that moment, but I don’t mind that—getting lost for a bit adds flavor to life.
