Overall a very positive experience; the breakfast was rich, varied, and offered a wide selection. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and we especially liked the excellent cleanliness of both the room and the shared spaces. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The balcony with its unique shape and sea view was a lovely space that added value to the room. We also appreciated the pool, which was essential, very convenient, well kept, and always clean. The rooftop, with its solarium and jacuzzi, was a nice place to relax and enjoy some quiet moments. In short, a very well‑maintained, clean, and comfortable property with great services and a nice sea location—definitely a pleasant stay. The only drawback was that the location is a bit far from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, about a 45‑minute walk, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer to walk all the time. Otherwise, no particular issues were found.
