The staff were nice, but the rooms were very small and it was loud from the surrounding restaurants and bars late into the night; we were blasted with different loud music until 2 am.

The room size works great for a solo traveler, and the sea view plus terrace are lovely; staff were very helpful, and the location is right in town’s center, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and green spots—ideal for nightlife, attractions, or a walk. There’s no room service, but you can order and have food delivered to your room. If you’re after a quiet stay, this place might not suit you; noise can last until 1 or 2 am. The bathroom is somewhat small, and the bed fits two very slim people perfectly, so larger guests might find it tight. I got a nail stuck in the wooden floor that hurt me; I told the front desk but they didn’t seem to grasp the issue, and it wasn’t fixed. The nearest beach is a 6‑ to 10‑minute walk or less, but it’s tiny and gets crowded fast; to reach the larger Konyaalti Beach you’ll need to walk, take transport, or bike. Parking is a problem: there’s no lot, and taxis can’t drop you off right next to the hotel because the narrow streets make access difficult.
