The location, the excellent food, the spa area, and the extremely friendly, accommodating, and cheerful staff in all departments were great, but a shoe rack in the room would be nice.

The room was very clean and spacious, had a fridge, air conditioning and heating, and a very comfortable bed; everything was wonderful, with a new bottle of water in the room each day, bathrobes available, and daily housekeeping—something that isn’t taken for granted nowadays. The pool for swimming could be 1 to 2 degrees warmer, and the bathroom lighting was a bit too dark.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the spa area was cozy, but the breakfast buffet was a bit smaller than I remembered.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr schönes Gelände. Ruhige Lage trotz das es in Dortmund liegt. Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer. Fitnessbereich ist klein aber sehr sauber und angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Spabereich ist sehr schön. Es gibt drei Saunen und eine Bar mit großzügigen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich hatte nur eine Nacht und es gab von meiner Seite aus nichts zu meckern
