The rate advertised breakfast included, yet it wasn’t served on time and there was no way to arrange it for an early 7:30 AM departure.

Breakfast was decent, but the room was close to the railway, so it was noisy and I couldn’t sleep; the mattress felt too soft. The grilled chicken and fried rice didn’t match the flavor I had before, it was off—perhaps the chef changed.
