The accommodation was very large, the rooms were spacious and well isolated from common areas and outside noise, it was well equipped with dishes, appliances, and basic supplies, Wi‑Fi and TV were available, and the staff were responsive and understanding; however, the lodging could host 22 people in terms of sleeping arrangements but could not feed more than 10 people at once, and many pieces of equipment were damaged or non‑functional.

The location was close to Lille, there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms, but some friends felt cold in their rooms and there was no blackout curtains in certain rooms.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped, and the room arrangement is excellent for a large group. Some equipment has been neglected: there’s a leak in one room, certain windows no longer open, and lamps are broken and hang dangerously, causing bumps. The parking should be removed from the amenities list because we have to park on the street.

The living room is a decent open space that comfortably holds about 14 people, definitely not 22, and the kitchen appliances look promising for cooking, though the necessary utensils were missing. The layout of the rooms works well for families with children, and the entry hall is spacious enough to drop all luggage. Unfortunately, the description was misleading because there is no car park at all, and the house is spread over four levels with very narrow stairs that are hard to navigate with kids or heavy luggage. The maintenance of the property is poor—broken chair, damaged door frame, missing cooking utensils, peeling paint, and an unclean oven. Mice were present in the living room, the roof leaked and left our clothes wet, and the surrounding area is noisy and dirty with two fast‑food outlets next door. The sound insulation is inadequate; bedroom windows don’t seal properly. The host offered no commercial gesture for this expensive rental, and the house can probably accommodate only 14–16 people at most.
