The place was comfortable and easy to reach, but the ventilation in the room was a bit poor and the room felt a little hot.

It’s very central, clean, and the service was excellent, but they don’t have parking.

The hotel looks nice and is in a good spot, but there are many better options nearby. The bathroom in room 23 is incredibly cramped and doesn’t match the photos posted on Booking. Even though it measures 1.63 m, I literally couldn’t sit on the toilet because of the lack of space. I asked the staff to move me to a room that resembled the pictures, but the only offer was to pay an extra 35 USD for a different room. I paid 67 USD for the room, so that extra cost feels unjustified for an unusable bathroom. Beyond the room size, the staff’s unwillingness to provide a reasonable solution to a clear discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received was the most disappointing part.

The facilities were super comfy, clean, and cozy. The hotel itself was lovely and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were attentive. It was simply a memorable stay.
