The place is always clean, the staff is very open and attentive, but in the evenings there’s nothing to do, no entertainment, just boredom.

The property is very spacious, so you can always find a quiet spot. Thanks to the many pools, there’s always a place. The staff are friendly and attentive. I think more could be done from the Sky Bar – a friendly oriental décor and a couple of palm trees would help! 😊 That would make it feel more homely.

My wife and I spent 14 days at SENTIDO Reef Oasis Suakin and are leaving this evening; overall we had a very pleasant stay. We were in swim‑up room 4010, which was excellent—having direct access to a private pool really improves relaxation, privacy, and the overall quality of the stay, making it one of the highlights of our holiday. The food was a pleasant surprise, good not only by Red Sea resort standards but absolutely overall, with a good variety that we enjoyed throughout. There was a small issue with our departure: we initially couldn’t arrange a late check‑out or a courtesy shower room. Once we mentioned it to management, the General Manager personally stepped in and the hotel quickly found a solution. I appreciated that response; whatever caused the initial misunderstanding, the important thing was that management listened and acted fast, which matched the high level of service we experienced all through. We finished our holiday on a very positive note, and a special thank you to the General Manager for his personal attention and for making our departure as comfortable as possible. In short, we had a very enjoyable 14 days at SENTIDO Reef Oasis Suakin, especially loving the swim‑up room, the food, and the overall quality of service.

The facility is well run and newly built. The room is large and spacious, and all the pools are beautiful; you can also book a range of excursions during the week, many lovely ones with guides who speak Italian and answer every question. The staff is helpful and friendly.
