The place sits in a great spot, just a short walk to the old part of town, though Basel’s hills mean you climb a lot of stairs down and back up. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the room was a good size. I’d definitely recommend it for its location and easy access, just be prepared for the stair climb to the old town, which is a nice walk.

The hotel isn’t big, but its location is perfect for walking around Basel. Breakfast was good, and parking was very convenient with both on‑site and a public lot right next door. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped, but it didn’t have an upper shelf or a towel‑hanging spot.

The location is ideal, you can reach the city centre on foot in no time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even greeting the dog with a personal note and treats. Our car was too tall for the hotel’s underground garage, but the parking garage right next door worked fine. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.

The location is great, just a short 5‑minute bus ride to the central station, and the staff were excellent. Nothing else to add.

The location is superb, close to the train station and Barfüsserplatz. The coffee machine only offered a single capsule of normal coffee and one espresso, which for two people felt a bit limiting. The sliding door between the room and bathroom was a downside, and the two single beds we requested didn’t fit together as expected.
