A structure of this importance cannot overlook the cleanliness of the air‑conditioner, which was full of dirt and mold. After reporting it, we spent the first night without sleeping, with terrible heat and no way to turn on the air. The next day they came to clean the air‑conditioner but only cleaned the exterior. We were stunned and eagerly wanted to leave as soon as possible, staying with a 9‑year‑old child and an 8‑month‑old baby.

The location in the forest, the charming little house, the facilities, and the whole resort itself – the pool, the lying area, the whirlpool – all were wonderfully cozy and beautiful.
