“So lala...”

The reception staff, especially Mert who speaks German very well, the room was very large with a small balcony, and the location was great. I recommend breakfast at “Süreya Kahvaltı”; you get good value for the money! For the price I paid for four nights, it was unfortunately disappointing. The TV didn’t work, the toilet flush didn’t function properly, and the beds were too small for a tall person.

Walking 5–7 minutes from Osmanbey station on the M2 line, the metro to the airport is convenient, and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and kind; the room is simple and a bit old but neatly arranged, especially the shower, and the area around the hotel is lively with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, though the bedside lamp seems broken, the room is dim, Wi‑Fi drops occasionally, and the room is close to the road so traffic noise can be heard, though it doesn’t affect sleep quality if you’re a good sleeper.

“Zimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen”

The hotel’s location is excellent and the staff were friendly, but the building and rooms need major renovations; everything feels outdated, filthy, noisy, uncomfortable, and moldy.

The staff are polite and very customer‑oriented, yet the condition of the rooms is terrible, everything is old, and no one has taken care of anything for a long time.
