I had a roach crawl up my neck and the room was so dirty that I tried to sleep with my clothes on; I left after 3 hours and ended up sleeping in my car. Everything was terrible.

The strong cigarette smell was unhealthy, the service was mediocre, the Wi‑Fi was weak and intermittent, and they refused to refund me or change my room, so I left after 2 hours because I couldn't fall asleep because of the odor.
