“Quality and guest satisfaction is the main issue here”
Room service was flawless, the reception staff were very caring, and Dimitry was a smart guy.
It isn’t a five‑star resort; the price is considerably high compared to the services and amenities offered.

The facilities were wonderful, the beach was nice, the food was good, and the staff were friendly.
The hotel’s location lets you walk to Paros town, the pool offers an exceptional view of the bay, the new facilities and clean décor are nice. However, the “sea view” label feels misleading—many suites called sea view only look out onto a balcony with a slight angle, and some actually faced a construction site; we had to complain to get a room change, and the manager insisted the sea was visible behind the site. The bathroom quality doesn’t match the price, some suites are very small, and the restaurant is expensive for the quantity and quality offered.
