How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is convenient, and the rooms are sufficient for a short stay. Despite the phone, an early check‑in request was a problem; it wasn’t possible until 13:00. The staff seemed to follow that rule and came across as dismissive.

I liked the convenient location. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel. The parking at the hotel, which costs 10 €, was fine, and breakfast met the standard. When I arrived, the reception was empty at noon, and no one could be reached by phone. It opened up later in the afternoon. The ground‑floor room was a bit dark. The bathroom fixtures (tap, shower hose) had to be used with great caution.

It works. The bar and kitchen were not good.

I was happy with the cold cuts, but there was no fruit available.

Schade
