I’d like to thank the new chef for doing his best to prepare a gluten‑free, dairy‑free dessert for me.

The location is good. The TV wasn’t working, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning either.

Parking was easy, but the bedroom was too small; I had to walk sideways around the end of the bed to avoid the wall unit. It was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep—road noise sounded like pipe work.

Imani front of house reception is fab. Greeted with a smile , very knowledgeable, friendly and a credit to the hotel. The restaurant/food . Half of our dinner choices weren't available once we had chosen again they still didn't have the complete meal. Breakfast really poor, glad we decided not to eat as it wasn't worth the £16. The restaurant area could do with an upgrade, carpets are badly stained in some areas - pic below Dominic the barman on Friday night was great, good at his job and very friendly
