Great location, Lovina is worth the long drive. Amazing resort with beautiful grounds and lots of free included activities. The live music at dinner was too Aussie. Needs more authenticity

The hotel staff is always helpful, smiling, and ready to assist in any situation. Breakfast is tasty. The blue and white colour scheme makes the hotel elegantly wonderful. We want to thank the SPA centre staff Serli and Febri for excellent massages (Balinese Massage 60 min and Warm Stone 90 min). The only thing that didn’t please us… When we arrived, the front desk staff immediately told us that the villa with a private courtyard we had booked four months earlier was occupied, so they housed us in a luxury room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking working fields and mountains.

I stayed in the large, beautiful villa right on the beach, and we dined at the beach restaurant where everything was superb; the staff were incredibly attentive. Nothing to complain about.
