Fair staff , helpful , polite. Wallpaper peeling , entry door wouldn’t open all the way , a stain on the carpet , carpets left our feet dirty , fridge wasn’t big enough, elevator stopped working , toilet got clogged , paid $200+ for trashy service

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good 😊. However, there were many cosmetic problems: paint splatter, general disrepair, and a spot in the lobby where the tile had been replaced—likely due to water damage. The new tile didn’t match the rest and was poorly installed.

The location was fine with many hotels nearby, but this hotel was the priciest; you’d expect Marriott standards, yet it was nothing special—just paying more for the brand to get poor facilities. Breakfast was poor, room quality was poor, the pool was poorly maintained, and reception staff communicated poorly, constantly looking to get rid of you to return to their phones.
