The lobby felt very inviting and colorful, but the first room had blood‑stained sheets, the A/C sounded like a bomb exploding in the middle of the night, the trash cans had no bags, and housekeeping didn’t take out the trash from the room.

The room was clean and tidy, the shower worked well, and hot coffee was always available for free. Although I booked a plan that included breakfast, the staff on site said it wasn’t included, so I had to buy it on the first day; I didn’t purchase it on the second day. The elevator information said the hotel shuttle could be used from 6 am, but when I asked, they said it was only available after 8 am, so I gave up.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the room itself was very comfortable, but the food was very pricey and there was no breakfast service on holidays.
