The pool was dirty

“Siempre uno espera que lo que se ofrece sea verdad ..”

It was very quiet and I slept well. The pool wasn’t ready, the TV signal didn’t work, the listed phone number was useless, and they pressured us to leave the room half an hour early.

“No complains about the staff they were friendly, however they need to consider the 3 point i made.”

The staff were friendly and there were no complaints from them. The Wifi was terrible; there was no internet in the room I was in. The sheets had stains and the room smelled moldy. The pool needed better cleaning—it looked dirty and I couldn’t even swim in it.
