“Aceptable”
The location and service are good, and the cleaning ladies are very attentive. The bathrooms, however, are not clean because of guests’ use: there is always water on the floor after showers, and nobody cares.

The hostel is well situated, with metro and bus nearby, and many interesting spots within walking distance. Two supermarkets and local shops are close by. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, though the room is noisy and hearing everything from the street makes it a bit uncomfortable or hard to sleep, but I managed to rest. There were three shared bathrooms on my floor, cleaned daily in the morning, so they were usually clean. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and the shower water pressure is good, with spacious showers. The cleaning staff and front‑desk lady were friendly and polite. You can leave your luggage after checkout, which is a nice touch. My room had no wardrobe, just a shelf that made a space to put things; since I wasn’t staying long, it wasn’t a bother. The system worked well. The price was the best reason I chose this hostel. The shared bathrooms mean that whether they stay clean or not during the day depends on guests; I had a few unpleasant surprises, but nothing major. One bathroom had no place to hang a towel, no mat after the shower, and the floor got wet. Not terrible, but small details that make the stay slightly uncomfortable. The metro noise is audible from the room. It isn’t dramatic, but with thin walls a light sleeper might want earplugs and a sleep mask. I don’t know if it was only my room, but my door had a small window on top, and even though they painted it to be opaque, light still came in all hours because the hallway lights turn on automatically and that light leaked into my room through the door window.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la limpieza y el precio. Debería ser un poco más espacioso el lugar y las habitaciones son poco insonorizadas entonces el ruido de los huéspedes lo despierta a uno

The room is simple but very functional. We chose this place mainly for its location, being very close to a metro station, which made moving around Madrid a lot easier. Also, there are several restaurants and bars on the same street, so stepping out of the hotel you immediately feel the Madrid vibe. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and responsive at all times. I would definitely stay here again.
