Staff were friendly but services were bad. Overpriced. Not worth for money. Poor facilities

Nothing. We had to wait 2 hours for getting our room.and we got such a dirty and old room which curtains are not there.They are very greedy.especially lady named pratheeksha

“Not good not bad”

The hotel's location is one of its strongest points – it's right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The staff are also super helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions you might have. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve – the towels and bedding are starting to show their age and could definitely do with being replaced. It's a shame, really, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be really special.

This hotel was a real gem, with its fantastic location right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late and they still managed to get me sorted out. The room itself was a bit on the small side, but it was spotless and had everything I needed. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, but that's not the hotel's fault – it's just the price you pay for being in such a great spot.
