Location. Staff was not courteous. Room was not clean. Bathroom was dysfunctional, in room dining took too long to deliver, tea delivered was sour. Many issues overall

The bed was comfortable and the room roomy, and the lounge bar and hotel restaurant served good food, yet the bathroom looked filthy and there were mosquitoes in the room.

While my stay at this hotel was generally clean and comfortable, I felt that the prices were a bit steep for the level of service provided. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, but I would caution against booking it if you're on a tight budget.
