A solid stopover hotel, clean and the breakfast was acceptable. The blinds were unusable; the strap was no longer sturdy and would need replacement.
“OK. Coin calme. Bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques.”
Electric car chargers were available in the parking lot. Every day we had to return for coffee sachets; we received two sachets when we arrived and then nothing else, even though we booked two nights.
Free parking was a plus. The rooms were dirty after the renovation and still below acceptable standard; the breakfast was embarrassing—cold dishes and eggs that had to be boiled by us.
The early‑morning traffic of cars and trucks was noisy, probably varying by room, but it didn't diminish the overall quality of the place.
The hotel was comfortable, the staff friendly and very sociable. Its location and “nature” vibe made the place warm. Good value for money, the breakfast was hearty and varied. However, on a Friday the eggs broke in the breakfast line—stock was poorly managed for a staple morning item—and the assigned room lacked a bathroom outlet.
