The location is quiet, clean, and modern. Host DL Bogdan is extremely kind and welcoming, something you rarely see these days. He should teach others in Romania how to truly welcome guests instead of just “pushing” them.

Cleanliness, very welcoming hosts, quiet, and the balcony view is superb. On the balcony, I would have liked a protective layer on the floor; only the boards were there, and I felt uneasy even though they were sturdy.

The surroundings are nice. The mattress is very firm for me. Fresh air. I’m rating room number 1. I don’t know about the others, but it’s probably the same. The bathroom has weak water pressure and it takes a long time for hot water to start flowing—don’t expect hot water. There is only one outlet in the room; that’s fine but worth mentioning. Soundproofing is a disaster. Over the last two years traveling across Europe, this is the worst. Everything is audible through the door and walls. You can hear everyone entering or leaving the room, even through my door. In the bathroom you can hear whether someone is in the shower or the toilet. At night and in the morning you can tell if the plumbing is fine. I chose accommodation based on ratings, but previous guests seem loud and probably prefer grilling and billiards over quiet, undisturbed sleep. If needed, I can send an unedited video from the evenings showing the poor soundproofing and how restless my sleep was. I didn’t see the owner in the morning; I needed to leave as soon as possible.

I was very pleased with the room’s cleanliness and the fact that the beds were very comfortable. We would have liked a mini‑fridge in the room. The guesthouse lets you use the kitchen, but we would have liked to keep a few water bottles in a fridge in the room.

Hartelijke ontvangst, heel prettig gelegen nabij Bran en bear sanctuary en de prachtige kloof. Zeer schone kamers. Keuken en barbecue aanwezig maar ook genoeg restaurants in de omgeving. Goede prijskwaliteit verhouding en aardige gastheer en vrouw. Het matras was niet top maar dat is dan ook echt het enige - we hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad en zijn er 3 nachten gebleven omdat de omgeving prachtig is en er heel veel te doen is
