The staff were amazing—helpful, polite, and professional—but the TV wasn’t tuned in, and I couldn’t get it to work myself.

The location was great, but I couldn’t access the car park because scaffolding narrowed the entrance.

It was close to the beach, yet the banister was broken, the window safety latch was broken, the room smelled of paint and was poorly painted, the door didn’t lock properly, and there were many cosmetic issues. The bed was sinfully uncomfortable, the bedroom door didn’t shut properly, the ‘spa’ wasn’t included, breakfast was chaotic, and the mirror had spots around the back of the tap that looked like teeth‑brushing marks.
