How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was very spacious, but we paid for an ocean view and received only a marina view with a bunch of boats—unacceptable. The place is very kid‑friendly, which meant a lot of children and the food was underwhelming; activities were geared toward kids, not adults. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The facilities were great, but the rooms were dirty—at least three had hair in them and an odd smell. The lady who lent towels at the beach wasn’t very friendly either.

The beach was nice, breakfast was really good, and the room was spacious. However, it was expensive for what the hotel offered. It’s an international brand, but aside from a few staff members, English isn’t spoken.

The location and private beach were great, and we had a blast on the sea zipline. Some staff were difficult to communicate with.
