“Nettes kleines Hotel in der Altstadt”
The location in the old town is great.
The hotel sits in a very quiet spot and the rooms were spotless and well‑kept, making it a decent choice if you don’t have lofty expectations. Unfortunately there’s no parking on the premises, which is a shame, and the breakfast felt rather one‑dimensional – there was no bread or toast, only two kinds of rolls, the same selection of cold cuts every day and boiled eggs, with no scrambled or fried eggs offered on request.
“Gute Adresse, wenn man personallose Hotels mag”
I liked how well organized the place was, centrally located and quiet. However, the hotel had no staff; everything was pushed onto guests: you had to enter a code here, download a PDF there, read instructions elsewhere, and no one could be reached by phone. It was scorching that day, and as a cyclist I left early enough to arrive at 12 am. I just wanted a spot to leave my luggage.
I can’t rate the staff because there were none. It’s a pure self‑service hotel. That’s what you have to like.
Everything fits, from the staff to the cleanliness to the breakfast. Nothing.
