The beds were pretty comfy, and the room came with a microwave, a small bar fridge, and an iron tucked in the cupboard. However, the bathtub’s interior paint had peeled off, and a few ants were on the inside windowsill. The neighbors in the opposite room were loud, and the breakfast selection was limited.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and the place was filthy—ants were crawling in our room, and the other group on the second floor had the same problem. The air conditioner was broken, and when we mentioned it to the front desk they seemed indifferent. On our last night, after the kids swam, we asked for towels and were told none were available; how can an entire hotel run out of towels for rooms?

The location. It was a lot imperfections in my room and the guy on the desk he wasn’t very welcoming person kind of rude It make you feel like you were invading his space
