The inn was simple yet met our expectations perfectly, delivering exactly what it promised, and we’ll return again. Breakfast was fantastic, and we could even admire the basilica from the dining area. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. It’s close to the basilica, shops, pastry shop, square, and bus station—great location. The downside is that the inn has stairs for access and no elevator, which can be difficult for seniors and children, though the price‑to‑value ratio still compensates. There is no parking.

The biggest improvement needed is that the cups were poorly washed; there should be fewer cakes, breads, and biscuits available for same‑day consumption so they can be replaced daily. Hair was found on the floor.

The stay offered excellent value and a fantastic location. The host was extremely attentive, making me want to return many times. The only downside was the awkward farewell.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Pousada Bella Vista, with unbeatable value and location. The accommodation was simple but spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fair for the price. The location was perfect, close to everything, and we were surprised by the beautiful view of the basilica from our room window. Breakfast was excellent and very complete. A special thank you to Mr. Anderson at reception, who welcomed us with great friendliness, attention, and promptness, making a big difference. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Nothing to complain about.
