Breakfast was the usual fare, but the egg pods were still frozen and the sausage link wasn’t fully cooked, so I had to microwave it; the room I received was still under renovation.

The pool and hot tub were under construction and non‑functional, which disappointed my two grandkids; the ice machines were broken, so I had to go to the front desk to get ice in a bag with big clumps, leaving me very unsatisfied. The pool was the biggest issue; although they’re trying to improve it, the manager said the pool guy wasn’t responding and the pool remained unfixed.
