The place sits in a solid spot, the beds are comfortable, and it stays quiet. We knew ahead of time that there’d be no cleaning during our 4‑day stay, so that wasn’t a surprise. The room was pricey and breakfast wasn’t included.

The hotel’s location in upper old Quebec town was great, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. There was no daily room service and we couldn’t check in earlier than the stated time.

The room was quite large and very comfortable and roomy. The view was really nice. There was a shower in the bathroom and an air jet tub in the bedroom. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. We were really pleased to have parking on site. We parked our car in the hotel parking and walked through the Old Quebec City during our stay. We would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Old Quebec. The jet tub was quite loud and only had one speed for the water flow. We would have preferred being a little closer to the main hub, but it was not too bad. It would have been nice to have a couple of extra towels in the room. We did ask for more and they were very quick to give them to us. It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board
