The place is nice, clean and safe. The owner is polite, very helpful, and responded quickly to text messages. There's excellent coffee across the street. The location is good, everything is within walking distance. I really recommend it. I liked it and will definitely return.

The location is within walking distance of Termini station. From the airport there's a direct train to that station. From the apartment you can basically walk to the main tourist spots. The kitchen is well equipped.

The location is close to central Rome yet far enough to be quiet at night. I had to ask the owner to clean dust from under the bed, and he responded quickly and took care of it.

The bed was comfortable. The room wasn't soundproofed. It's in an apartment with cardboard doors. They only have panels inside and we heard people talking on speakerphone so we couldn't sleep. The TV was very tiny, only 24/28 inches compared to others at least 42 inches.
