“Just AWESOME..de rust in low season laat je onthaasten. Monsoon tijd daar met af&toe een fixe bui in augustus heeft”
The beachfront house was spacious, with a fantastic 2‑person bed featuring a great mattress and pillows, and a view of the sea. A fridge stocked daily fresh water, coffee, and tea, a safe, daily cleaning, and comfortable lounge chairs on the terrace just five steps from the sea. I had a blissful aroma massage on the beach, no foot or elbow work. The view over the bay was gorgeous. I was lucky to see local fishermen and dozens of Brahma birds flying low, catching fish from nets on the shore—an amazing sight up close. Renting a Fatbike for 50 Bath per hour is a great adventure in Saladan! The Infiniti pool was clean and offered a sea view while swimming—very relaxing. The staff and locals were incredibly friendly. Dining at Breezy Bites offered a wide range of options, from fresh pancakes to a Thai breakfast with rice; they even made omelettes on the spot with bacon to your liking. Nothing was too extravagant. Khob khun kha 🙏🏻
Under the trees near the houses, there were lounge chairs that could fall from the trees and many ants—nothing much could be done. If you lift your bed onto the beach, I’d suggest it. New bungalows were being built right next to the pool, which could cause noise, but I didn’t find it disturbing unless you stay at the pool all day. The Poolbar does a lot right with fresh fruit shakes, delicious iced Matcha Latte, and the best Whiskey Sour in Bat? 👌🏻
