How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is fantastic, close to the beach and the center is just outside. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the reception team is also very helpful. The food could have been better, the room cleaning was a bit lacking, and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, need renovation.

The place is well situated. The facilities aren’t wheelchair‑friendly – only one lift worked all the time. There were sunbeds, but guests were told to leave towels on the beds overnight, so there were no beds for new arrivals. Tea and coffee were available, but there was no water upon arrival. I understand that’s not a daily issue, but on arrival it was frustrating. The staff were excellent and I can’t fault them.

Great location, friendly staff, nice big pool. The beds and pillows weren’t that comfortable. You have to pay for beach towels (although they’re cheap). Food wasn’t the best, although breakfast had a good selection.

The pool was the only positive. Food, cleanliness, price, and lack of products were negative.

The staff were excellent, especially Hussan who mainly worked at the bars, though everyone was friendly. Bars and pool were great, food was decent, and the location is good. The hotel is slightly outdated in places.
