The location is great, but the air conditioning was a letdown - it wasn't working properly, even after they switched me to a different room. I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but the AC just didn't cut it.

“Nice stay”

This place is in a fantastic spot, super convenient. However, parking can be a nightmare - it's a bit of a hassle to find a spot.

This hotel's location can't be beat - it's right next to Indomaret, across from the mall, and near some great souvenir shops and Tawang Station. That said, I had some issues with my room: the balcony smoking area was a bit too close to my room, and the smoke seeped in; the rooms aren't super soundproof, so I could hear my neighbors; and there were only toilet tissues, no tissues in the room.

I'm really grateful to Malika and the team for keeping my pouch bag safe after I checked out - it was a lifesaver! They did a great job overall. One thing that was a bit weird was that the air con was on and there was food left in the room when I arrived, I did mention it to the staff though.
