The rooms were nice, but they were far too hot even though it wasn’t hot outside; the carpets in the common areas and bar were quite disgusting, covered in stains, and the room was not tidied on the second day.

The bedroom was excellent with comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings, and both the reception and bar areas were very cozy, making the restaurant a pleasant place to eat.

The food met a decent standard and the lounge area offered plenty of seating, while the staff were hardworking and pleasant; however, there were not enough staff overall, especially at the bar and restaurant, and with only two people covering both areas, it felt inadequate for the number of guests.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is very quiet in the southwest of London, the food is good, the rooms (especially for the UK) are super renovated and very comfortable, and there’s a large parking lot – I always book this hotel when I’m in the area! There’s nothing to complain about.
