We were at Brits hospital with our son and just needed a place to shower; Lizzy was amazing, even feeling bad when I said we’d only shower and then sleep in the car because our son was scared. She reminded us that we paid all that money just to shower. She’s an exceptional host and the service was awesome; thanks, Lizzy.

Everything was nice, but they don’t speak or understand Afrikaans; we love everything.

The place is falling apart: broken AC, broken window handle, no milk coffee in the room, had to ask for gate access, electrical plugs are very inconveniently placed; overall a badly managed place. 90 % of the set‑up is problematic.
