I stayed at B&B Hotel Offenburg and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, the place feels peaceful, the rooms are comfy and spotless, making it a great spot to unwind. Breakfast offered a wide range of tasty choices that satisfied everyone’s palate. What really set this stay apart was the staff’s warmth and helpfulness; everyone was friendly, polite, and eager to assist. A special shout‑out to Erika, a lovely young woman who went out of her way to locate gluten‑free bread for my daughter and personally delivered it to us—her thoughtful act meant a lot. Thanks, Erika, for your kindness, bright smile, and the warm farewell you gave us. It’s guests like you who transform a good stay into a memorable one. I’d love to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Offenburg. No issues worth mentioning.

The room was clean, the hotel is close to the train station, the breakfast was simple but adequate, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no bottled water in the room, no kettle, tea, or coffee, no option to arrange a takeaway breakfast pack for early departures, no wardrobe, and the breakfast was too basic.
