The location was ideal for Notting Hill. Rooms in the basement were a bit small and dark. Service at reception and for breakfast was mixed – some parts were very good, others not so good (slow…).

The place was amazing. Nothing else.

The spot is spot on, the hotel feels cozy, every room has what you need, and the London buzz is perfect for first‑timers.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us; the food is excellent and I liked the décor of the dining areas. Unfortunately, we arrived at the end of Carnival and the streets were dirty, which made going out a bit unpleasant, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
