Mrs. Şirin was both very professional and very welcoming, especially with her Pişir that we couldn't get enough of; however, the check‑in and reception were weak, and the hotel could have run much better—my experience in tourism and hospitality shows many gaps.

The hotel is pretty, with two pools, a hammock area, and a relaxation zone; the location is also great, just a 15‑minute walk from Alaçatı’s central streets full of restaurants and shops, and parking is available at the door. The management is terrible, lacking professional staff, giving the impression of being run by a group of friends hanging out. We booked a triple room, but it was only set up for two people; the third bed had no sheets, and we were only given small towels. We had to request sheets and make the bed ourselves. When we asked for shower towels, they said they were in the laundry (already past the 14:00 check‑in time) and would give them later, but they never arrived. Moreover, the staff only spoke Turkish, no English.

The accommodation is nice and the staff is generally pleasant, but it could use a facelift; there's a lack of maintenance and cleanliness, so bringing a car is preferable.

I liked the house’s exterior and the location, but the stay was utterly disappointing. The rooms were extremely small and cramped, making us feel uncomfortable, and the small room was not clean at all. The bathroom was especially bad—poor condition and many things didn’t work properly. For the price paid, the experience was a major letdown; I definitely wouldn’t book this place again.

The bathroom was a total disaster. Water didn’t drain from the shower drain and just pooled; the shower head was broken and water leaked from cracks. The faucet had no fitting at the tip, so water flowed irregularly and dripped onto our heads. The shower had a puddle. The worst part was that despite telling them, nothing was done. If you’re heading to Ille, stay away from room “Kiraz” for sure.
