The service was delayed, the cleanliness was poor, the room didn’t match the photos, it was uncomfortable, and the mattresses were bad.

The facilities were generally good and the food was good. The housekeeping was not good; the housekeeping team came only once during my 4‑day stay.

When I received the room, I was surprised it wasn’t clean, so I had to wait in the hallway until the service team finished cleaning and changing the sheets.
