The front desk staff were incredibly kind, approachable, direct, and attentive. I didn't order any savory items, but they offered to prepare them on the spot. There was a wide range of pastries—four or five different types of cakes and tarts, plus pastries and more—and the fruit was fresh and delicious, along with many other treats. The parking was a bit tight. I was given a discount card, but I didn't use it because it only applied to Val di Sole. I stayed just one night, so I can't say much more; if I ever come back, I'll definitely stay at the same hotel. The hotel itself was excellent, but the costs for the walk were excessive: the Grosté cable car cost 20 euros for a one‑way ticket to Stoppani, with no family discount for adults with children, and eating at the Tuckett refuge was pricey; it's a mountain refuge, not a city restaurant.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. I (and other bikers) could park our motorcycles in the garage. Both the rooms and the common areas were renovated and look better in person than on the photos. Breakfast was very good, with coffee from a high‑quality machine. The chef offered scrambled eggs, and there was a large selection of cakes. The only drawback was that the hotel’s own restaurant is closed. A very good place (Pizzeria Dolomiti) is about a 10‑minute walk away, and many locals and regulars eat there.
