The room was quiet, but there was no staff on site to talk to. The room itself wasn’t clean – the duvet was stained and dirty, and the radiator kept acting up. We only got two towels for two people over two nights, and there was no way to get more. There was barely any toilet paper, and no breakfast was offered.
